Six-story Mixed-Use Project

Located on a prominent site at the gateway to the dynamic Chinatown area of Downtown Los Angeles, the “Jia Apartments” is a 6-story mixed use project with 280 residential condominium units and 20 commercial condominium units. 

Craig Lawson & Co., LLC coordinated and processed the entitlements, including a tract map, and assisted in the response to appeals from two community groups.  The Jia Apartments project was completed and opened in 2014.
