The project also includes 7,743 square feet of ground-floor retail.
Craig Lawson & Co., LLC coordinated the preparation and processing of the necessary entitlement applications for the development of this site. Additionally, CLC coordinated the preparation and processing of a Master Conditional Use Permit to allow the sale of alcoholic beverages for the project site.
